ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the problem during the filming of the thirty-second television commercial of "Tap Dancing" in New York City. The problem highlights on the failure to find a traditional phone booth that is needed for the production. Efforts exerted by commercial agency men Gaston Braun and Buzz Sawyer to seek possible person with this kind of booth is considered. Furthermore, information on the diagnostic approach employed to solve the phone booth problem is posted.
