Emotional language connects with consumer

The article reports that Leslie Carothers has pointed out the importance of emotional language in the relationship of furniture retailers with consumers, in reference to her talk at the 10th Annual Leadership Conference that was held at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida in 2006. The Kaleidoscope Partnership executive showed the attendees on the effectiveness of emotional language in connecting with consumers by examining sample sales presentations, from least to most effective.
