ABSTRACT
The article reports on the planned construction of the retail center of Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate in Gilbert, Arizona. The company has begun marketing an 800,000-square-foot home furnishings center under development that claims itself as the largest retailing complex in the U.S. According to Feinblum President Julius Feinblum, construction of the Esplanade Home Furnishings Center should begin in the second half of 2007 and should open in 2008.
