ABSTRACT
The article reports on the appeal of the Rowe Cos. to a federal bankruptcy court to approve the sale of the furniture manufacturer to Sun Capital Partners Group IV Inc. for $30 million. The Boca Raton-based private investment firm said affiliate Lexington-Rowe Furniture Inc. is to buy substantially all of the assets of the Rowe Cos., Rowe Furniture and certain other affiliated debtors.
