ABSTRACT
Reports that the 8th United States Circuit Court of Appeals has thrown out the decision of the US District Court in Kansas City, Missouri, that Credit Acceptance Corp. overcharged Missouri borrowers for interest on their defaulted vehicle loans, because of lacked of jurisdiction. Alleged violation of the federal Truth in Lending Act; Estimated number of borrowers overcharged by the company.
