ABSTRACT
The article presents information on financial services technology (FST) vendors in the U.S., who have increased their mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity in the recent years. Fiserv Inc. is the first company for indulging in an aggressive M&A strategy. Other companies include Fidelity National Financial Inc., Open Solutions, and Metavante Corp.
