The article presents information on the use of enterprise content-management software at the Hudson City Savings Bank, a community bank. The software has been deployed to increase the sales of the bank. It readily makes available all the information related to every customer of the bank. The software also helps in monitoring the performance of the bank's employees, and maintaining quality control.
