ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the effects of the complexities regarding online applications on the business of financial institutions. It has been reported that around 14.2 million people start filling online application forms for accounts and services each month but 10 million out of them never finish. The reason behind such abandonment is the confusion that occurs about new details in the application form.
