ABSTRACT
The article reports that the U.S. Olympic Committee hosted the 4th Paralympic Military Summit from October 17 to October 22, 2006, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The event, co-hosted by the Fort Carson Army installation and the U.S. Air Force Academy, was attended by thirty-five recently injured servicemembers. Five paralympic sports, namely sitting volleyball, track and field, swimming, shooting and table tennis, were featured in the event.
