New Billiards Program

The article reports that the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) Sports and Recreation is launching a Billiards Program for people with disabilities. The PVA/National Wheelchair Poolplayers Association National Wheelchair Billiards Tournament Series started with an inaugural event in Memphis, Tennessee on November 18, 2006. The series will include a minimum of four other events in 2007 apart from the inaugural tournament.
