ABSTRACT
The article presents several statistics regarding customer relationship management. The study "Driving Profitable Sales Growth" showed that sales personnel in top companies spend 40 percent more every year compared with sales personnel in low performing companies. A study by DMG Consulting reported that quality management recording space experienced yearly growth of 10.3 percent. On-demand delivery model contributed 5 percent in the business software income in 2005.
