ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the outbound communications service of DTE Energy Corp. DTE Energy provides services in Michigan through basic internal dialers and manual outbound dialing. It selected the automated communications solution of PAR3 Communication in 2005 to contact customers in collecting money. Jeff Moran, director of credit and collections at the company said that before the use of the outbound solution, they call customers 60 to 70 days after the due.
