ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the anti-counterfeiting efforts of Nokia. Lucy Nichols, global director for brand protection of Nokia, says that the company has made significant accomplishments in fighting manufacturers of counterfeit cell batteries. Lawsuits filed by Nokia against Telsda Mobile Communication Industry Developing Co. Ltd and Song Xun Da Zhong Ke Electronic Co. Ltd. on the ground of design infringement are discussed.
