ABSTRACT
The article reports that Garry Briese, executive director of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) will not work with the association. Briese broke the news of his resignation at the IAFC's Strategic Planning and Leadership Forum in McLean, Virginia. He is also serving as a volunteer chief officer and paid firefighter. He told that he will be taking a plunge into a private sector in February 2007.
