Sklar seeks creditors' help to rebound

It is stated that the company would seek the assistance of its creditors under the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act, wherein the planned arrangement with the creditors needs to be approved by 50% of the creditors. These 50% of creditors should total upto a minimum of two-thirds of the total debt. The article also presents the company's plans for growth.
