The article features former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani as a businessman. One of his business ventures is Giuliani Partners, a management consultancy that oversees Giuliani Security & Safety and Giuliani Capital, has nabbed tens of millions of dollars in contracts and deals. He delegates too much as a businessman. At the firm, he relies on a tight inner circle. Most of the nine partners are veterans of the Giuliani administration.
