ABSTRACT
The article narrates on the mortgage experience of Managing Director, Roger Morris in Great Britain. He took his first mortgage when he was 18. He wanted to buy a house which costs £12,500 but the company refused his application. Until his estate agent advised him to see its inhouse mortgage broker which found him a Cheltenham & Gloucester mortgage. His last mortgage was taken out in March 2005 when he bought a home in Spain which he got 70% loan through Spanish bank Bankinter.
