ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of DB Mortgages to launch its direct to broker proposition at the Mortgage Strategy Summit in 2007. It will be held April 17 to 20 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will play host to lenders and brokers. As stated by managing director Bill Dudgeon that they have made a great effort in developing their distribution through packagers and are seeking to originate from brokers on a non-packaged basis.
