MCC mulls PTA plant in China

This article reports on the plans of Ningbo Mitsubishi Chemical regarding the development of a purified terephthalic acid plant in Ningbo, China. The units would be integrated using common facilities, such as the harbour and power station. Tests will be carried out at this plant throughout December, with the first on-spec cargo expected to be delivered to customers by early January.
