Kemira chlorine dioxide project set for Argentina

According to Harri Kerminen, president of Kemira's Pulp & Paper Chemicals, Kemira's strategy is to strengthen its position in the pulp chemicals industry in South America, which is the world's fastest-growing market for pulp producers.
