ABSTRACT
The article reports that Italian chemicals group Mossi & Ghisolfi (M&G) is seeking financial partners for its downstream polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packaging activities in Italy. The company has asked the help of merchant banker Rothschild. M&G, the world's second-largest producer of PET resins, said its Italian packaging activities represent only 9% of total group revenues and have remained confined regionally.
