ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sale of the Fleissner textile machinery manufacturing business by GEA Group to the Trützschler Group. The business is a subsidiary of Zimmer and part of the polyethylene terephthalate and fibers division. Among other prospective buyers for GEA's plant contracting subsidiaries Lurgi and Zimmer is Russian energy giant Gazprom.
