ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Ikea company is planning to build a two-phase distribution center to service stores in Pacific Northwest and western Canada. The company's two-phase construction includes construction of an 834,000-square-foot building in the first phase and a 220,000-square-foot building in the second phase. Ikea will receive goods through the port from 1,300 suppliers from 54 countries.
