ABSTRACT
The article reports on the increase in annual shipments of specialty sleep products in the year 2005. The article presents an explanation by the International Sleep Products Association for considering the specialty sleep products industry as a separate category in the bedding industry. Information about the market share of Tempur-Pedic and Select Comfort companies and graphs on the market share of specialty bedding in the total mattress market for 2004 and 2005 is also presented.
