ABSTRACT
The article discusses a project to set up a world-leading school of Urban renaissance in the Thames Gateway. The author states that Terry Farrell and Richard Rogers would lead the project and both had agreed to act as visiting tutors to the school. Details of the strategic frame work are provided.
