ABSTRACT
The article reports on the launching Best Western Hotels of an email marketing campaign to more than 100,000 people in a continuing bid to attract online bookings. General manager sales and marketing Kim Anderson said, the aim of their online strategy is to address key Internet trends and increase bookings through their electronic distribution channels, which remain their fastest growing source of business.
