ABSTRACT
The article reports on the opening ceremony to inaugurate the integrated isocyanates complex at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park in China. It was a joint effort of BASF, Huntsman, Shanghai Hua Yi, Sinopec Shanghai Gao Qiao Petrochemical Corp. and Shanghai Gao Qiao Petrochemical Corp. and Shanghai Chloro-Alkali Chemical Co. Ltd. A total expenditure of $1 billion was completed in 2006.
