ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of Essar to construct an oil refinery in Jamnagar, India. The production targets of the refinery are given. A formal approval for the development of the project was completed. On the other hand, the conglomerate plans to commission the refinery in Vadinar in the construction work of the refinery.
