United Phosphorus in pact with DuPont

The article reports on the decision of United Phosphorus (UPL) to acquire the marketing rights for the Bensulfuron-methyl business of E.I. du Pont de Nemours of the U.S. Agreement terms would give UPL global sales rights of chemical products. Bensulfuron-methyl is an active ingredient which can be directly applied to water and a key chemical used in rice and aquatic herbicide.
