Axis aims FPGA-based software-defined radio development board at wireless infrastructure

The article reports that Axis Network Technology based in Aylesbury has released a FPGA-based software-defined radio development board for wireless infrastructure. Axis has customized Xilinx W-CDMA and WiMAX digital front-end reference designs for the on-board FPGAs, including cores for multicarrier UMTS and single-carrier WiMAX.
