ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the State of New Mexico Educational Retirement Board (NMERB) which issued a request for proposal for one or more firms. NMERB CIO Frank Foy stated that the move aims to provide commission recapture services to be applied to the domestic equity portfolio of the plan. The domestic equity portfolio of the fund consists of about $3.8 billion, with 87% in large-cap and 13% in small cap.
