ABSTRACT
This article provides information on the self-service ATM-style kiosks implemented at the Tiny Tots Medical Centre in Montreal, Quebec. With the system, patients can manage their own registration files and appointments through a secure Web site. Scheduling errors are reduced and billing and collection errors are eliminated, which resulted to patient satisfaction and office efficiency.
