The article reports on the launching of the federal compliance Web site of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Business.gov. The average spending of small to medium-sized business is $7.647 per employee. It is a collaborative project of federal agencies that are a part of the SBA. The site features a resource for people who sought information on starting, managing and managing a business.
