ABSTRACT
The article offers the leadership principles that guided Mars Inc. Snack executive VP of sales and customer care Grant Reid in meeting the objectives of the company. First, Reid stressed that the group had to learn from the past, put the past behind them, then have a common set of goals. Second, leadership is also about improving relationships. Third, a leader should show that he is part of the team and not above it.
