The article discusses the importance of the human resources (HR) role in the organization. The critical relationship of the HR leader with the CEO is explained. To think like an HR person means having a tunnel vision that limits the prospects of the role, and that is the worst thing an HR person can do. Success in HR means being able to take risks, commit time and effort and learn fast in the organization.
