ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the Writing Award created by the "Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice." The award was established by the journal in the fall of 1999 to advance scholarship on underrepresented women and increase the number of submissions falling within its mandate. The 2006 award winner Anne Tamar-Mattis is the author of "Curing the Law's Failure."
