Lanxess creates new firms to handle rubber

The article reports on Lanxess' creation two new entities in Germany and in the U.S. to handle marketing, research, production and controlling, as part of ongoing restructuring for ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. The German company, based at Marl, will trade as Lanxess Buna GmbH, while the U.S. firm at Orange, Texas, will operate as Lanxess Buna LLC. Robert Gnann, managing director of the German company, will have global responsibility for the business.
