MCF believes that it could offer a unique product to the buyside and be able to deliver a tailored research product. MedPanel on the other hand uses MCF as a distribution channel to securities trading. Moreover, MCF CEO Greg Curhan stated that it could use MedPanel's research method in its alternative energy and technology industry.
