The article reports on the announcement of the ACA Capital Holdings Inc. concerning its intention of raising at least $100 million through an initial public offering that will be handled by Credit Suise, Jp-Morgan, and Bear Stearns & Co. The 48% of the company's insured municipal portfolio was comprised of triple-B rated bonds and 40% of below-investment-grade debt.
