The article presents information about the All American BFL/NEPVA Team Tournament jointly organized by FLW Outdoors, a bass-fishing organization for the armed forces, and the New England Paralyzed Veterans Bass Anglers. The Charter Oak Landing off-limits area was used as the BFL/NEPVA Team Tournament waters.
