ABSTRACT
The article reports on the agreement of Aaron Rents with Briley Investments, operator of 15 Rent City stores in central and west Texas to convert eight of the stores to franchised Aaron Sales & Lease Ownership units. Briley will acquire two of Aaron's company operated stores and convert them into franchised Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership units as part of the transaction. Four Briley stores will be acquired by Aaron and convert them into company-owned Sales & Lease Ownership stores.
