Loos wants 'prepared' France

This article reports on comments made by France's Industry Minister François Loos about French chemical companies during a meeting of the British Council for the Strategic Development of the Chemical Industry. He stated that he wants to ensure that French chemical companies are the best prepared in Europe for the application of Reach. Reach is expected to cost France some 1.6% of GDP over the next ten years.
