ABSTRACT
The article provides information on agreements signed by Lanhua Group with three foreign companies for joint venture coal-to-chemical projects in China. A joint venture with Taiwan's Hon Hai Group and Indonesia's Sinar Mas will require an investment of Yuan 13.8 billion to build a methanol unit, a dimethyl ether unit and a polyoxymethylene unit in the Shanxi province.
