Key masterplan submitted

The article offers an update on the redevelopment efforts for Craylands Estate and the former Fryerns School site in Basildon, located within Thames Gateway South Essex, in Great Britain. A masterplan for the project has been submitted for outline planning application. Under the masterplan designed by PRP for English Partnerships, the scheme will retain 340 homes and provide over 700 new family homes and flats, 600 reprovided homes, a new mixed-use community center and generous communal spaces and parks.
