The author, whose job is to manage the operational issues surrounding supplying fresh fruit to British customers, recounts his experience of visiting different countries as part of AgroFair's Fairtrade. He details his experience during his visit in Ghana to assist food writer Vicky Bhogal in publicizing her book "A Fair Feast." He also details his travel to Costa Rico to visit the pineapple organization of AgroFair's Fairtade. His visits in these countries made him learn the status, issues and challenges being faced by farmers and growers of fruits.
