ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 2007 projections of compensation consultant Alan Johnson for the investment banking industry in the U.S. According to Johnson, there will be an excellent business and compensation environment with major international opportunities and strong trading. He added that investment banking will have a possible 20% compensation increase. Equities and prime brokerage will likely experience a 15% increase.
