ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the importance of informing the community members of every aspect of the fire department, including a complete knowledge of what occurs at a fire station on daily basis by the entire staff in the U.S. The community must know why these activities occur and what effect they have on providing safety and security. Therefore, fire departments must work harder to achieve essential exposure.
