The article discusses the importance of developing a good request for proposal for planners in the social, military, education, religious and fraternal meetings sector. One way to get the request for proposal process started is for planners to go through the meeting sequentially and account for everything they need each day. It is also important for planners to provide a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for each supplier to complete.
