Wolverine Ends Merger Talks, Closes Plants in Restructuring

As part of the restructuring, it is planning to close its manufacturing facilities in Jackson, Tennessee and Montreal, Quebec. Moreover, it will consolidate its wholesale distribution operation in the U.S.
