The article reports that shareholders of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. will elect a new board of directors at its annual meeting on November 17, 2006 in the U.S. According to the author, the said votation will affect the company's future especially in the acquisition of Companhia Siderurgica Nacional.
